Cambodia, Siem Reap and Phnom Penh
22 - 30 November 2026
$3,240 AUD per-person private room
Cambodia’s special in that quiet, soul-sticking way, it doesn’t shout, it lingers. A few things that really set it apart:
Angkor isn’t just impressive – it’s unreal
Angkor Wat (and the whole Angkor complex) isn’t one temple, it’s an entire ancient city swallowed by jungle and time. Sunrise there feels almost spiritual, even if you’re not the spiritual type. The scale, the carvings, the way trees grow through ruins – it’s haunting in the best way.
A history that’s heavy, but honest
Cambodia doesn’t hide its pain. The Khmer Rouge period is devastating, and places like Tuol Sleng and the Killing Fields are hard, but they’re handled with dignity. That openness gives the country a kind of emotional depth you don’t forget.
The people
This is what most travellers remember most. Cambodians are remarkably warm, gentle, and resilient. There’s a softness to everyday interactions – smiles that feel real, hospitality that isn’t performative.
This is a women’s only trip hosted by Roslyn with a maximum group size of 12.
