Malaysia, Penang
11 - 18 February 2027
$3,240 AUD per-person private room
Penang is special because it’s one of those rare places where history, food, culture, and everyday life all collide, in a good way. Penang is obsessed with food and for good reason. Street food here is world-class: char kway teow, assam laksa, nasi kandar and cendol.
Georgetown is living history. UNESCO World Heritage site, but not a museum city. Old shophouses, colonial buildings, street art, cafés, and homes all mixed together. It feels alive, slightly messy, and authentic.
Beaches, hills, jungle hikes (Penang Hill, The Habitat), and a busy urban core—all on one island. You can eat hawker food at noon and be in the rainforest by evening.
This is a women’s only trip hosted by Roslyn with a maximum group size of 12.
